This Consent applies when I use the website geleonhotel.ru, submit a feedback form, make an online booking, make an online payment, contact the Operator by e-mail, phone, Telegram, WhatsApp or through other available communication channels.
This English version is provided for the convenience of users of the English-language version of the website. In case of any discrepancies between the Russian and English versions, the Russian version shall prevail.

• booking data: check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, selected room category, tariff, price and booking status;

• other information that I voluntarily provide to the Operator in a request, correspondence, website form or booking module.

2.1. Personal data are processed for the following purposes:

• processing my request submitted through the “Write to us” form on the “Contacts” page;
• contacting me regarding accommodation, check-in, address, booking and other matters related to the Operator’s services;
• providing information about the address, check-in procedure, accommodation terms and available services;
• making, confirming, changing and administering a booking;
• sending notifications related to booking and accommodation;
• organizing online payment through YooKassa and receiving payment status information;
• performing a contract for the provision of hotel services;
• reviewing claims, requests and inquiries;
• ensuring the correct operation of the website, forms, booking module and communication services.

3.1. I authorize the Operator to perform the following actions with my personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, updating, modification, extraction, use, transfer, provision, access, depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction.
3.2. Processing may be carried out both with the use of automation tools and without the use of automation tools.

• Tilda — for the technical operation of the website, processing and storage of requests, if such functions are used;
• Mail.ru — for receiving and storing notifications, requests and e-mail correspondence;
• YooKassa — for processing online payments and receiving payment status information;
• Yandex Maps — for displaying the location of the accommodation facility and operating map functionality;
• Telegram and WhatsApp — if I independently contact the Operator through the relevant messengers;
• other persons, if such transfer is necessary for the performance of a contract, processing of a request, payment processing, compliance with the law, or protection of the Operator’s rights and legitimate interests.

4.2. When following links to third-party services, I understand that the use of such services is governed by their own rules and policies.

5.1. This Consent is valid from the moment it is provided until the purposes of personal data processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.2. In case of booking and provision of services, personal data may be stored for the periods required to perform the contract, confirm the provision of services, comply with legal obligations, consider claims and protect the Operator’s rights.

6.1. I have the right to withdraw this Consent by sending a request to the Operator’s e-mail address: geleon_spb@mail.ru.
6.2. Upon receipt of the withdrawal, the Operator shall cease processing personal data and destroy them in accordance with the procedure and time limits established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, except in cases where the Operator has the right to continue processing on other lawful grounds.

7.1. By providing this Consent by ticking a checkbox, submitting a form, making a booking, continuing interaction with the Operator or performing another clear affirmative action, I confirm that:
I act freely, of my own will and in my own interest;
