1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) governs the procedure for using the website geleonhotel.ru, published on the Internet, and the relationship between the website user and Individual Entrepreneur Denis Alexeyevich Vinogradov (TIN 830001075828, OGRNIP 316784700157023; hereinafter referred to as the Website Administration, Operator, Contractor).
1.2. By using the website, viewing its pages, submitting forms, proceeding to the booking module, making a booking, paying for services or contacting the Operator through the contact details published on the website, the user confirms acceptance of this Agreement.
1.3. If the user does not agree with the terms of this Agreement, the user must stop using the website.
1.4. The website may have several language versions. The Russian version of this Agreement is the main legally binding version. The English translation is provided for the convenience of users. In the event of any discrepancy between the Russian and English versions, the Russian version shall prevail.

2.1. Website means the Internet website located at geleonhotel.ru, including all its pages, forms, texts, images, links, widgets and other elements.
2.2. User means any person who visits the website, uses the website forms, the booking module, contact details or other website functions.
2.3. Booking Module means the Bnovo service connected to the website and used to select dates, rooms, rates, make, confirm and administer bookings.
2.4. Services means hotel services, accommodation services and other related services, information about which is published on the website and/or in the booking module.
2.5. Website Documents means this Agreement, the Booking, Payment, Cancellation and Refund Rules, the Personal Data Processing Policy, the Consent to Personal Data Processing and the Cookie Policy published on the website.

3.1. The Website Administration provides the user with the opportunity to receive information about the accommodation facility, accommodation conditions, contacts, location, and to use the feedback form, online booking module and other available website functions.
3.2. Information on the website is for reference purposes. The essential terms of a booking, including dates, price, rate, payment, modification, cancellation and refund conditions, are determined at the time of booking in the Bnovo module, in the selected rate conditions and/or in the booking confirmation.
3.3. This Agreement does not replace the Booking, Payment, Cancellation and Refund Rules, the Personal Data Processing Policy, the Consent to Personal Data Processing or the Cookie Policy.
3.4. The terms of service provision are determined by the legislation of the Russian Federation, the selected rate conditions, the information published on the website and/or in the booking module, and the Website Documents.

4.1. The user undertakes to use the website in good faith and only by lawful means.
4.2. The user is prohibited from:

• disrupting the operation of the website, forms, booking module or connected services;
• using automated data collection tools without the consent of the Website Administration;
• submitting false, unlawful, offensive, malicious or third-party-rights-infringing information through the website forms;
• attempting to gain unauthorized access to administrative sections of the website, application data, booking data or technical infrastructure;
• using the website to send spam, malicious software or to perform other unlawful actions.

4.3. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided through website forms, the booking module, correspondence and other communication channels.

5.1. The Contacts page may contain a Write to Us feedback form intended for communication with guests, providing information about the address, check-in, accommodation and processing other user requests.
5.2. When submitting the form, the user provides the necessary contact details and confirms consent to personal data processing by ticking the relevant checkbox, if such checkbox is provided in the form.
5.3. Submitting a request through the form does not guarantee an immediate response. The Website Administration processes requests in due course, taking into account the actual possibility of providing a response.

6.1. Online booking is performed through the Bnovo module. The user independently selects check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, room, rate and other booking parameters.
6.2. The user must carefully review the rate conditions, price, payment procedure, modification, cancellation and refund conditions before confirming a booking.
6.3. The terms of a specific booking are determined by the data specified in the booking module, the selected rate conditions and the booking confirmation.
6.4. Payment, cancellation, refund and booking modification matters are governed by the Booking, Payment, Cancellation and Refund Rules published on the website, the selected rate conditions and the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.

7.1. Online payment may be made through the YooKassa payment service.
7.2. When making a payment, the user may be redirected to the YooKassa payment interface or another payment interface connected to the booking module. Payment data is processed by the payment service in accordance with its rules and documents.
7.3. The Website Administration does not store full bank card details of users.

8.1. The website may use third-party services and technical components, including Tilda, Bnovo, YooKassa, Yandex Maps, Mail.ru, Telegram, WhatsApp, external fonts and other connected services, if they are actually used on the website.
8.2. By following external links, the user leaves the website and proceeds to third-party resources. The Website Administration is not responsible for the content, availability, rules and documents of third-party resources, unless otherwise expressly provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.3. When using Telegram, WhatsApp or other messengers, the user independently transmits information to the relevant service and is responsible for the content of the messages sent.
8.4. Third-party services may establish their own terms of use, data processing, cookies and technical identifiers. Users are advised to review the documents of such services on their official websites.

9.1. Users’ personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy and the Consent to Personal Data Processing published on the website.
9.2. The website may use cookies and similar technologies. Information about their use is provided in the Cookie Policy.
9.3. The user confirms that when using forms, the booking module, online payment and communication channels, the user’s personal data may be processed by the Operator and transferred to technical partners to the extent necessary to process a request, make a booking, provide services, process payment and comply with legal requirements.

10.1. All website materials, including texts, images, design elements, page structure and other objects, are protected by the legislation of the Russian Federation unless otherwise stated on the website.
10.2. The use of website materials without the consent of the rights holder is not allowed, except in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

11.1. The Website Administration strives to keep the information on the website up to date but does not guarantee the absence of technical errors, temporary unavailability of the website, booking module or third-party services.
11.2. The Website Administration is not responsible for the inability to use the website caused by communication failures, actions of hosting providers, payment services, booking services, messengers, map services, actions of the user or force majeure circumstances.
11.3. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided, timely verification of booking, payment, modification and cancellation conditions, and for maintaining access to the user’s email, phone and messengers.
11.4. The provisions of this Agreement do not limit the user’s consumer rights granted by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

12.1. The Website Administration may amend this Agreement. The new version comes into force from the moment it is published on the website, unless another effective date is specified in the new version.
12.2. Continued use of the website after publication of a new version of the Agreement means the user’s acceptance of the amended terms.
12.3. Amendments to this Agreement do not change the terms of an already confirmed booking with regard to dates, price, rate, payment, cancellation and refund conditions, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation or by agreement of the parties.

13.1. This Agreement is governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
13.2. Disputes and disagreements related to the use of the website, booking, payment and provision of services shall be resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
